Sexual polarity is the easiest, most potent and often most lacking ingredient. What happens in many relationships over time is that partners become more and more similar. You start to talk, walk and act like each other and gradually merge with each other. Although this can create more harmony, it kills the spark. When you work to create more sexual polarity you increase the awareness of opposites in your relationship and you start to celebrate and enjoy them.
